Privacy Policy

When you submit a business listing request, a featured placement inquiry, or a business suggestion, we collect the information you provide in the form:

• Business name
• Contact name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Your existing directory listing URL (optional)
• Your message (optional)
• Submission details such as the date and time of your submission

For business suggestions, the suggested business name and reason for consideration are required. A business website or location, submitter name, and submitter email are optional. These suggestions are private to site administrators and are not customer reviews.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not offer visitor accounts on this website.

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Review and process business listing requests
• Manage our relationship with listed businesses
• Operate and improve the directory

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Inquiry submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase. Access to submissions is restricted to site administrators, who sign in with email and password. Submissions are reviewed by hand; nothing you submit is published automatically.

Roseville's Best does not use analytics services, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies. Our administrator sign-in stores a sign-in session in the browser of the signed-in administrator only; no cookies are set for general visitors.

We rely on the following services to operate the website:

• Supabase — database, file storage, and administrator sign-in
• Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery
• Google Fonts — typefaces used to display the site

These providers process data as needed to deliver their services under their own privacy policies.

The Roseville Scene newsletter is operated separately. Subscribing takes place on the Roseville Scene website at rosevillescene.com/signup, and any information you provide there is governed by that site's own policies. Roseville's Best does not operate a newsletter signup form.

We keep inquiry submissions for as long as needed to manage your request and our business records. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time using the contact address below.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us at any time by emailing us. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
