Roseville's Best helps visitors discover local businesses, services, and community guides. Listings and articles are provided for general information, not professional advice. The directory is independent and is not an official municipal service.

Business hours, contact details, services, addresses, and other information can change. We aim to keep listings useful, but cannot guarantee that every detail is complete, accurate, or current. Confirm important information directly with the business before visiting, booking, or making a purchase.

Please contact us if you notice an error or outdated listing.

Being listed does not mean a business is endorsed, certified, or guaranteed by Roseville's Best. The site's name does not promise that any business is the best choice for your needs. You decide which businesses to contact or use, and any purchase or service agreement is between you and that business.

Businesses may request a free listing, claim an existing listing, or suggest corrections through our inquiry form. Requests are reviewed manually. Submitting a request does not automatically create, change, or publish a listing, or guarantee approval.

We may ask for clarification, correct information, or decline a request that is outside the directory's local scope or contains inaccurate or inappropriate material.

Featured opportunities are coming soon. Paid placements, paid subscriptions, and other paid services are not currently available, and this website does not accept payments. A featured-placement inquiry is only an expression of interest, not a purchase or a promise of placement.

If paid opportunities become available, their terms and any charges will be provided separately before a purchase.

Respect the rights of the people and businesses whose writing, photographs, logos, and other materials appear on this website. A directory listing does not transfer ownership of a business's name, logo, or other content to Roseville's Best. Do not reuse protected material without the rights holder's permission, except where applicable law allows it.

Only submit information or material that you own or are authorized to share. Do not submit content that infringes another person's rights or includes private information you are not authorized to disclose. When requesting a listing or correction, provide information you are authorized to have reviewed and published in the directory. Inquiry contact details are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are not published automatically.

Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not send fraudulent requests, impersonate another person or business, submit spam or harmful content, interfere with the website, or attempt to access private information or administrator features without permission.

Links to business websites, Google Maps, Roseville Scene, and other external sites are provided for convenience. Those sites operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, availability, or practices.

We cannot promise uninterrupted access to the website or error-free directory information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Roseville's Best is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate or outdated directory information, interruptions to the website, or dealings with third-party businesses or websites.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or takes away rights you have under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the directory changes. Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
